Mavic Crossmax 27.5 Boost Wheelset

The name Crossmax reflects a long history in the world of cross-country. The Mavic wheel Crossmax 27.5 is therefore strong, reliable, and tubeless-compatible thanks to its Maxtal rim, which is tubeless ready and equipped with an airtight rim tape. 

Its hookless, asymmetric 25 mm-wide rim features numerous patented technologies, including SUP welding, which provides an even stronger, cleaner joint.

For the spokes, Mavic opted for a total of 24 straight, bladed, butted spokes, laced in pairs

Finally, the Crossmax is equipped with the new Infinity hub with an ID360-type double-ratchet freehub body, which is highly reliable and provides quick engagement for efficient acceleration. Designed to accommodate 6-bolt or Center Lock brake rotors, depending on the version selected, these hubs are compatible with Shimano HG9, XD, and Micro Spline freehub bodies and come configured for 12x148 mm Boost thru-axles.
