10-installment financing through Alma
Who’s eligible? Individuals (adults) who are tax residents of metropolitan France or the French overseas departments and territories and hold a bank card that expires more than 3 months after the selected financing date.
Amount: Ideal for buying a complete bike or high-end gear (up to €3,000).
How it works:
- Select: Choose the "10 installments with Alma" option.
- Verification: For this amount, Alma may ask you to securely connect your bank account or provide an ID to verify your creditworthiness in seconds.
- Approval: Once approved, your payment schedule will be clearly displayed. Our team will confirm your order right away.
You have 14 days to cancel your credit agreement. Subject to approval by Alma.

Cancellation and termination clause:
Any cancellation of the order between PureBike and the customer will result in the termination of the credit agreement between Alma and the customer. You have a statutory withdrawal period for your credit agreement when you sign up remotely. You have 14 days to cancel your credit agreement. Subject to approval by Alma.

Yes. Thanks to Mollie and the SSL protocol, all your data is encrypted. In addition, 3D Secure verification (a confirmation code from your bank) is always enabled to prevent unauthorized use of your card.
It’s an extra security step where your bank asks you to approve the purchase (using a text message code or your banking app) to verify that you are the person who placed the order.

With Alma, only the down payment (the first installment) is charged right away, then the remaining installments are charged every 30 days until your order is paid off.
No. For security reasons, we do not accept credit card payments directly over the phone.

If your application is declined, it may be due to several factors:
Card limits: You may have reached your weekly or monthly spending limit (Alma checks that the initial payment is available).
Insufficient funds: The initial payment is not available in your account.
Identity: There may be an error in the personal information you entered (first or last name) that does not match your bank records.
Credit score: Alma uses an internal decision-making algorithm. If your payment is declined, PureBike unfortunately cannot access the reason (due to banking confidentiality). We recommend using another payment method (bank transfer or PayPal).
