The PureBike adventure began in 2006 in St Maixent L’école. How did it start? A mountain biking enthusiast launched an e-commerce site from home. And 20 years later, we're still here! We’ve simply traded the makeshift little office for a 600m² warehouse and a 500m² shop that smells like fresh tires. Today, our team consists of 5 versatile (and slightly crazy) employees who take great care of your orders.
Our mission hasn’t changed one bit: we don’t just sell cardboard boxes. We want to help you, the cyclists, ride longer, faster, and with greater peace of mind. And if we can do it at the best prices all year round, that’s even better for your post-ride beer budget!

At PureBike, we’re committed to personal service and genuinely helpful support. Did you know PureBike is the only Fox Service Center in Nouvelle-Aquitaine? That’s right! We’re also an official Mondraker Test Center and offer top-of-the-line ID Match bike fitting by Selle Italia.
Basically, you can treat yourself to a "VIP cycling day" with us: we’ll service your suspension in our workshop while you dial in your position on our ID Match machine. And since we don’t like being cooped up indoors, you can even take a Mondraker out for a ride during our after-work group rides and test it in real-world conditions. Two hours of pure testing—not just a lap around the parking lot!

ID MATCH BIKE FITTING (Selle Italia)
No more knee or back pain after 40 miles. Our ID Match (Selle Italia) machine analyzes your body shape to dial in your position down to the millimeter. Whether you’re a pro or a beginner, a good fit is the foundation of an enjoyable ride.
MONDRAKER TEST CENTER
Buying a bike from a catalog is good. Testing it on our trails in real-world conditions is even better. As an official Mondraker Test Center, we lend out dream bikes. And if you want to ride with us, join our Afterworks rides (every Thursday from April through September) to test the gear for real!
FOX SERVICE CENTER
Your gear deserves the best. PureBike is the only official Fox Service Center in Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Our technicians are trained to service your suspension using genuine tools and oils. We’ll treat your fork as if it were our own. Not local? No problem—send us your suspension and we’ll take care of the rest!
The Pur’Dream Team: 5 Riders, 10 Legs, and Way Too Much Passion
At PureBike, we don’t wear ties, but we do have (very) strong opinions about the best rear tire for winter. There are five of us, and we do it all: from technical advice over the phone to packing your orders, as well as bleeding your brakes in the workshop. What do we have in common? We test everything we sell. If it’s on the website, it’s because we’ve put it to the test (or had a great—or not-so-great—time trying it).
Chris aka "Stilé" - The Big Boss
He started this adventure in his garage in 2006. Today, he can still do it all, but his priority is riding. If you’re looking for him, he’s probably on his turquoise 29" Yéti SB140 (C2 Lunch Ride version, if you please). He never misses a group ride and brings that hands-on spirit to the whole shop.
Patrick aka "The Pirate" - Customer Service Captain
Patrick is the guy who takes care of you. His mission: to make sure every request is heard and respected. He's a true Road purist who takes training seriously: he rides 20 km every morning to get to work, no matter the weather. A real champion, with or without a pirate bandana.
Kévin aka "Kéké" - The Dark Knight of Logistics
He’s the guardian of our "Bat-warehouse." Receiving deliveries from suppliers, carefully packing orders, and shipping them out: nothing leaves without his approval. Kévin is the guy you can count on to make sure your package arrives in perfect condition and on time. We suspect he patrols the warehouse at night to protect inventory, but shh, it’s a secret.
Maxime aka "Maskim" - The Suspension Wizard
A master of diagnosis and repair, he’s the one in the workshop taking great care of your bikes. A fan of XC and racing, he treats your forks and shocks as if they were competing for a World Cup podium. His secret to staying focused? Snack breaks. He doesn’t drink coffee, but he never turns down a bite to eat!
Cindy aka "Cid" - Web & Marketing Guru
Product photos, social media, graphic design, and product specs... Cindy runs the website with boundless energy. Her signature look? Her tea thermos always in hand all winter to survive the cold.
