Mavic Mavic Crossmax 29 Boost Wheelset

The Crossmax name echoes a long history in the world of cross-country. The Mavic wheel Crossmax 29 is therefore strong, reliable, and tubeless-ready thanks to its Maxtal tubeless ready rim fitted with an airtight rim tape. 

Its hookless, asymmetric rim with a 25 mm width features numerous patented technologies, including SUP welding, which provides an even stronger, better-finished joint .

For the spokes, Mavic opted for a total of 24 straight, flat, bladed spokes, laced in pairs 

Finally, the Crossmax features the new Infinity hub with an ID360 double-ratchet freehub body, which is highly reliable and delivers fast engagement for efficient acceleration. Designed for 6-bolt or Center Lock brake rotors, depending on the version selected, these hubs are compatible with Shimano HG9, XD, and Micro Spline freehub bodies and come set up for 12x148 mm Boost thru-axles
