Mavic Crossmax 27.5 Wheelset

The name Crossmax is part of a long history in the world of cross-country. The Mavic wheel Crossmax 27.5 is therefore strong, reliable, and tubeless-ready thanks to its Maxtal rim tubeless ready equipped with an airtight rim tape.

Its hookless, asymmetric 25 mm-wide rim features numerous patented technologies, including SUP welding, which provides an even stronger, cleaner finish.

For the spoke layout, Mavic opted for a total of 24 straight, flat, bladed spokes, laced in pairs

Finally, the Crossmax is equipped with the new Infinity hub with an ID360-type double-ratchet freehub body, which is highly reliable and offers fast engagement for efficient acceleration. Designed to fit 6-bolt or Center Lock brake rotors, depending on the version selected, these hubs are compatible with Shimano HG9, XD, and Micro Spline freehub bodies and come configured for 12x148 mm Boost thru-axles.
