Enhancing cyclist safety in low-light conditions with its Hi-Viz inserts, the Selle Italia S 5 Lady Superflow is perfect for urban female cyclists. Specifically designed for women, it offers optimal performance. The padded gel inserts and the Superflow cut-out, which reduces pressure on the perineal area, ensure maximum comfort. Its wave-shaped design places the rider in an active position, while the reflective details improve visibility. Perfect for daily commutes and weekend rides, it’s a wise choice.

Size Selection Information
Letter Meaning
- S or L indicates the width of the saddle, guided by the intertrochanteric distance (between the ischial bones).
- Size S: Narrow distance, for individuals with a value below 120 mm
- Size L: Wide distance, for individuals with a value above 120 mm
- If you’ve already identified your ischial width through a medical visit or bike fitting, you can easily find the right saddle width. If no measurements have been taken, we recommend contacting one of the idmatch centers.
Number Meaning
- Numbers 1, 2, and 3 indicate the presence or absence of a cut-out in the saddle, guided by pelvis rotation/body flexibility. For those with excellent pelvis rotation, size 3 is recommended, while others may prefer size 1.
- 1: Indicates a closed saddle, meaning no cut-out
- 2: Indicates the presence of a smaller cut-out called “Flow”
- 3: Indicates the presence of the “Superflow” cut-out (the largest)
- Less flexible individuals can use size 1, 2, or 3, but it’s not advisable for flexible individuals to use a saddle without a cut-out.
