Size Selection Information

Meaning of the letter

• S or L indicate the saddle width, determined by the intertrochanteric distance (between the ischial bones of the pelvis).
• Size S: narrow distance, for people with a value below 120 mm
• Size L: wide distance, for people with a value above 120 mm
• If you already know the width of your ischial bones from a medical check-up or bike fitting, you can easily identify the saddle width that suits you best. If you haven't taken any measurements, we recommend contacting one of the idmatch centers.

Meaning of the number

• Numbers 1, 2, and 3 indicate the presence or absence of a cut-out in the saddle, determined by pelvic rotation/flexibility. For those with excellent pelvic rotation, size 3 is recommended, while for others, it narrows to size 1.
• 1: indicates a closed saddle, i.e., no cut-out.
• 2: indicates a smaller cut-out called "Flow."
• 3: indicates the presence of the largest cut-out called "Superflow."
• Less flexible individuals can use size 1, but also 2 and 3. Conversely, a flexible person is advised against using a saddle without a cut-out.
