Directions for use

• Dosage: Dilute 35g (i.e., 2 measuring scoops) in a 500ml water bottle.
• Frequency: Drink 1 to 2 sips every 10 minutes from the start of the effort.
• Pro Tips:
    - In cold weather, you can slightly over-dose the drink; in hot weather, under-dose and supplement with plain water if necessary.
    - To complete the drink and obtain a full energy intake, it is recommended to combine it with Meltonic energy gels.
