A few words about X-Fader technology
Acting as a micro shock absorber, the profiled seat tube is designed to absorb vibrations and impacts, allowing you to ride harder, faster, and further. It's not just about comfort but also efficiency and control in critical moments. The magic lies in the perfect balance: just the right amount of vertical flexibility to absorb shocks without compromising the explosive acceleration and sharp handling that define a hardtail MTB. The prototypes were tested in the lab and perfected on the field with our riders. Thousands of kilometers were covered to achieve the perfect balance. The result? A few precisely calculated millimeters of absorption for smoother riding and uncompromised performance.
Cutting-edge design and high-performance materials
The advanced carbon construction, optimized rear triangle, and Powerspine design give the Alma an excellent balance of lightness and vibration absorption. This means less wasted watts due to fatigue and more watts transferred to the rear wheel. The most technologically advanced carbon construction allowed us to create the best possible frame. A complex and meticulous process that enhances the bike’s performance. This painted size M frame weighs 1,080 g without accessories. The flattened shape of the chainstays and seatstays, combined with a unique carbon composition across the entire frame, increases vertical flexibility. These tube shapes resist lateral flexion to improve power transmission. Finally, the lower frame structure called PowerSpine manages most of the lateral and torsional forces, resisting flexion and transmitting more power to the rear wheel. Instant power transmission means lightning-fast acceleration.

Optimized Hardtail Behavior
The uncompromising geometry allows you to be fully connected with the trail. A perfect mix of agility, maneuverability, and downhill control, with the additional stability provided by the 110 mm fork. The 67° head tube angle enhances downhill control and extends the wheelbase for better stability. The 75.5° seat tube angle improves pedaling efficiency, especially on steep climbs. The shortened seat tube exposes more of the seat post, providing better absorption than a narrower dropper post on a longer seat tube. The lower frame height enhances lateral maneuverability in sprints and turns, helping you gain precious seconds in a race.
Internal Cable Access Hatch
The discreet opening on the downtube allows easy access to the internal cables for effortless maintenance.
Smart Clips
The innovative Smart Clips allow full insertion of a dropper post by securing a bottle cage to the seat tube without metal inserts in the frame. They are removable and remain discreet when not in use.
