Like others SLX parts this M7100 rear shifter ( OEM) is principaly made for steady sport riders instead of competitors. It's made with Shimano technologies 2Way Release to operate release lever with index finger and thumb and Instant Release for faster shiftings but not Multi Release to shit two gears with only one pressure. Levers and body are made from GFRP plastic with strutured lever for better grip and is compatible with Shimano 12 speed MTB drivetrains.
