Size Selection Information

Letter Meaning

  • S or L indicates saddle width, determined by the intertrochanteric distance (the distance between the ischial bones).
  • Size S: Narrow distance, for individuals with a value below 120 mm.
  • Size L: Wide distance, for individuals with a value above 120 mm.
  • If you already know your ischial width from a medical visit or bike fitting, you can easily find the saddle width that suits you best. If not measured, we recommend contacting an idmatch center.

Number Meaning

  • The numbers 1, 2, and 3 indicate the presence or absence of a cut-out in the saddle, guided by pelvic rotation/flexibility. For those with excellent pelvic rotation, size 3 is recommended, while it reduces to size 1 for others.
  • 1: Indicates a closed saddle, meaning no cut-out.
  • 2: Indicates a smaller cut-out called "Flow."
  • 3: Indicates the presence of the "Superflow" cut-out (the widest).
  • Less flexible individuals may use size 1, but also 2 and 3. Conversely, flexible individuals are advised against using a saddle without a cut-out.
