Materials

• AIRO FLEX This nylon fabric (herringbone band) features excellent flexibility and a high degree of material stability while offering great air permeability. Thanks to this combination it's the perfect material for use in our high-quality hip belts.
• 3D Air Mesh three dimensionally structured fabric with variable thread sizes (P75D*30D) offers the optimal properties in ventilation and cushioning for the covers of paddings and shoulder straps
• Polygiene equipment is a special fabric treatment that incorporates silver ions and prevents the formation of microorganisms such as bacteria or fungi. This treatment eliminates odour build-up, reduces skin irritations and decreases the risk of fungal infection. Polygiene is also environmentally friendly, as materials treated with Polygiene require less frequent washing, thereby increasing their lifespan.

Technology

• CE-NORM EN 1621-2 + TÜV/GS : Materials and protective functions have been tested and certified by TÜV SÜD, according to EU norm 89/686/EEC for personal protective equipment (PPE), category 2. IN ADDITION, they have been certified in respect of product safety by TÜV/GS.
• AIRSHIELD BACK PROTECTOR : High-end back protector with focus on back ventilation and ergonomic flex properties. Positioned on the exterior, the back part and the protector shield are engineered as a combined unit integrating the advantages of stability, back proximity and protection in one high-tech component offering the highest standard of shock absorption.
• AIRO FLEX is an extremely sturdy material that is both permeable and flexible. We use it for our top-quality hip belts to ensure optimum load transfer to the hips, with simultaneous maximum ventilation – for utmost carrying comfort
