Mavic Crossmax 29 Boost Rear

The name Crossmax has a long history in the world of XC riding and racing. Mavic Crossmax lives up to its name with many of the same features and technologies as pro-level XC race wheels, but at a far more attainable price 

One of the key factors is Mavic UST technology, which allows for easy setup of tubeless ready tires and gives you all the associated benefits including better traction and control, a smoother ride quality and a reduced risk of punctures. The rim is welded for added reliability and features a 25mm internal width with a hookless profile

Mavic opted for a total of 24 straight-pull, flat, double butted, steel spokes, laced per 2 with no contact

Crossmax 29 is built around the new Infinity hub that includes ID360 double ratchet system for quick engagement and acceleration.  You can purchase the wheel in either 6 bolts or either Centerlock disc mount and in one of the 3 free hub compatibilty Shimano HG9, XD or Micro Spline. It comes in Boost 12x148 mm spacing
