Like all other products of the brand these ankle guards are composed of a flexible sleeve and famous RPT foam pads, 3 to be more precise. These pads have strategics positions to provide the protection and flexibility you need during your effort and you will easily forgot them. They are reversible so you can wear them forward for front protection or flip them for achilles protection. Their low profile and straps keep them in right position and offer a very important mobility so you can use it in lot of sports like bike (XC to DH), skatebording or football.
