Lower legs of the fork include new generation of bushings that minimize frictions, and a lot of interesting features : bleeders allow for atmospheric pressure equalization at the simple press of a button, air/oil channels help alleviate the increasing air pressure as the fork compress and allow oil to circulate and lubricate the foam rings and bishings, new lower leg arch improve stoffness to weigh ratio, and a floatting axle system allow a perfect alignment of the chassis with the hub eliminating unwanted frictions between upper and lower legs.
Air Spring of the Fox 36 use the updated Float Evo technology that increase negative air spring volume optimizing small bump sensitivity , offering better mid stroke support and more tunable bottom-out progression
And finally, the major innovation lies in the hydraulics, with the introduction of the GRIP X damper that exudes exemplary descent performance, is refined for less weight, and offer easier set up and an easy access to firm mode for pedaling efficiency.
