If you want your children to improve in mountain biking, you need a bike that helps them do so. That’s why Mondraker has completely redesigned its F-Play range of electric mountain bikes for kids, making it undoubtedly the best investment on two wheels ever made in terms of miles covered. The brand has even gone all out, leveraging adult bike technology to create the best kids' bikes available.

The new F-Play range was developed alongside the F-Trick range to make their riding experience as close as possible to that of a non-electric bike: light, agile, and responsive. To achieve this, they share the same kinematics, the same updated Zero Suspension system, the same suspension travel, and a frame design that makes them almost indistinguishable. The F-Play features a minimalist frame with a stylish down tube housing a 250Wh battery. The frame design includes Mondraker’s signature “window” where the head tube meets the down tube and top tube, and it is crafted with Stealth Alloy Evo.

The shock travel has been increased from 120mm to 130mm on the 26" version. The forks have also been improved, now offering 140mm on the 26" (compared to 120mm on last year’s F-Play 26").

The F-Play is also equipped with the latest evolution of the Zero Suspension system: The F-Trick is not the only one benefiting from the new Zero Suspension. The new F-Play enjoys the same Zero system as the NEAT and the F-PODIUM. This update offers better acceleration, improved feedback, and a quicker pedaling response. In other words, every pedal stroke counts more. This updated version of the Zero system also provides other benefits such as:

• Improved feel and track comfort.
• More progressive kinematics.
• A lighter system with a better weight/stiffness ratio.
• More compact with less unsprung weight.
• Greater seatpost insertion depth.

Mahle X35 motor to give your best : Like the Play range of hardtail electric bikes, the F-Play uses the same Mahle E-Bikemotion X35 system, with its 40 Nm motor and removable 250 Wh internal battery. The system has three assistance modes (Eco, Urban, and Sport) that can be adjusted via Mahle's MySmartbike app. Like the Play, the F-Play 26" can be equipped with an additional 210Wh battery for longer rides.

For a true MTB experience : The new F-Play range blurs the line between a kids’ bike and an adult bike. Like the rest of the KIDS range, the F-Play is equipped with 2.4-inch tires, an ONOFF Pija dropper post, a 30mm stem complying with Forward Geometry, and a 1x crankset with UDH hanger. It is undoubtedly the closest bike to an adult electric bike available in our kids' range. It uses the same technology, the same technical resources, and even the same components so that your little ones can feel what you feel when they are on their bikes.
