Shimano XT M8100 rear derailleur is only compatible with Shimano 12 speed MTB drivetrains. It uses close conception to 12 speed XTR with more agressive design, direct fixing system like Sram Shadow RD+ technology which reduce chain moves and noises while providing excellent shifting in all conditions.
