Bosch Connect Module BCM 3100 2025

The Bosch ConnectModule is the hardware component required to use the eBike Alarm function and thus enhance the anti-theft protection of your bike. It is equipped with motion sensors, a radio module, a GPS module, and has its own battery. This way, the eBike Alarm function also works without the eBike battery.

Thanks to its various sensors, the ConnectModule placed under the motor cover can detect eBike movements and trigger a local alarm. Using the GPS module, the current position of the eBike is determined in a second step, transmitted via mobile communication (LTE & NB-IoT), and displayed in the eBike Flow app.

Important

• Installation and all repairs on the ConnectModule must be carried out exclusively by a specialized dealer. Specific knowledge is required for this purpose. Incorrect installation may result in the ConnectModule or the eBike being unusable according to the law.
• The possibility of installing the ConnectModule concerning the required space on the motor is configured by the electric bike manufacturer and, if applicable, displayed in the diagnostic tool 3. The ConnectModule is compatible with all motors of the intelligent system and the corresponding original Bosch motor covers, as well as manufacturer-specific motor covers, if applicable. The only exception is the Performance Line SX motor. In case of doubt, please contact the eBike manufacturer.
