Directions for use

• Preparation : Mix the 350g bag with 300ml of water. Pour into a mold and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes at 180°C (fan oven) or 200°C (traditional oven).
• Consumption : Consume 1/3 to 1/2 cake in small portions, ideally 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours before the start of the effort.
• Pro tip : To vary the pleasures, you can add a few flaked almonds or extra dark chocolate chips for even more texture.
